Luke Combs announces Australian stadium tour in 2025

Luke Combs is set to return to Australia in late January/early February 2025. The tour is called Weekends tour, so named because the American pop-country star is scheduled to play two shows each on Friday and Saturday in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The full tour schedule, as well as presale and ticket information, is available below.

In addition to the Australian dates, Combs and his band will also return to New Zealand. The tour will stop in Auckland the week before arriving in Australia, playing Eden Park in Auckland on Friday, January 17 and Saturday, January 18. Joining Combs on the road as main support is fellow American country artist Jordan Davis, who himself is returning to Australia after making his debut at last year’s CMC Rocks festival. The six-date tour is rounded out by Nashville singer-songwriter Mitchell Tenpenny and Australian teen country artist Lane Pittman.

Combs last appeared in Australia on tour in 2023, supported by Cody Johnson. This was his third visit to Australia, having previously performed in Australia in 2018 and 2019 as part of CMC Rocks with selected side shows at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre and Melbourne’s Palais Theatre.

Since his last stay in Australia, Combs has released his fifth studio album Fathers and sonswhich was released in June 2024. The album reached the top ten on the albums chart in four different countries, including number three on the local ARIA Albums Chart. The album has so far spawned one single titled “The Man He Sees In Me”.

Also in 2024, Combs released two new singles: “Ain’t No Love In Oklahoma” and “Guy For That.” The former was the lead single for the soundtrack to the film Whirlwindswhile the second was a collaboration with Post Malone for his debut country album F-1 trillion.

The pre-sale for the tour will take place on Tuesday 24th September from 2pm AEST in Melbourne, 4pm AEST in Brisbane and 5pm AEST in Sydney. The general sale will then commence on Wednesday 25th September – 1pm AEST in Sydney, 2pm AEST in Melbourne and 3pm AEST in Brisbane. All tickets are available to purchase via Frontier Touring.
